Fall Fun

I thank God for blessing me with such a wonderful, loving family. We took this picture in our backyard.

I delight in watching Aaron & Allyson play together and love each other.
Leaf Fight! It was tons of fun to watch 'til they turned on mommy and bombarded me with leaves over my head and down my shirt! :-)

What a little poser! Check out those boots!

Going to the Zoo!

Aaron & Allyson LOVE going to the zoo! You can see their excitement in the backseat of our pick-up. Can you tell they are related?
We DID look at animals, too, but our kids love the train and the carousel at the zoo. Daddy took the kids on the train...
...and we all rode the carousel together.

Our kids could look at the monkeys and gorillas all day! Probably because both Aaron and Ally like to climb and jump like them! If you look closely at this picture, you'll see Aaron touching the glass right beside a gorilla that is sleeping.

Daddy's Little Girl

These pictures are just too precious not to include as a separate posting on our blog. It is beautiful to watch daddy and Ally together!

Miller Farm with the Marmons

Aaron, Ally & I visited Miller Farm with our dear friends the Marmons. It was a beautiful October day and a lot of fun playing outside. We went on a hayride to a bunch of different fields, and we were able to pick a variety of vegetables to bring home: pumpkins, green onions, carrots, squash, tomatoes, potatoes...the kids loved it! Aaron liked the picking part but was a bit concerned about taking the vegetables home. He said, "Mommy, we can't eat those; there's dirt all over them!" Ally liked picking all the "baby veggies" -- just her size!

Adin, Aaron and Joshua really liked the hayride and had a hard time staying on their seats!

Allyson & Callison are sweet little girls and precious friends.

This was the highlight of the day for Aaron! He LOVED riding on these pedal tractors! Of course, he went the only speed he knows how to go -- FAST! He told me afterward that he was passing all the mommies and daddies on the tractors, too, and that he was trying to teach the daddies how to go faster! Our son has no fear -- may God use this for his glory, our precious son. We love you and your boldness. Isaiah 41:10: So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Ally felt like she was "in the sky" on this stack of hay bales. The kids also had fun climbing on huge dirt piles, a fire truck, a monster truck, and tractors. We had such a fun time with Robyn and her kids!
