Aaron (5), Allyson (2-3/4) and Kaitlyn (2-1/2 months) are such happy, joyful kids that are so full of life. They LOVE to pose for the camera, too. The photographers at Portrait Innovations were amazed at how well they sat, posed and smiled. (Some bribing about going to Chuck E. Cheese's afterwards may have helped, too!) :-) By the way, can you tell they are related, or what?
Kaitlyn Joy is pure joy in our family. What a precious addition, gift and blessing she is to us. Both Aaron & Allyson adore their baby sister! Mommy was quite pleased that the red bow actually stayed in her hair -- she seems to be losing her hair quickly! Everyone wonders if it will come back in curly and/or blonde, like Ally's.
The laughter and smiles Allyson Grace brings to our home is priceless. Her stories that she makes up about Superman's real name being Stinky Pete and her giggles about Stinky Chipmunk at the dinner table make us all laugh. Her prayers always consist of asking God to bless all the cats and dogs, and she often prays for a man in our church with MS, named Lonnie. She is soft-hearted and beautiful on the inside and out. God's grace is already evident in your life, precious daughter!
Aaron Pryce is ALL boy! His favorite shirt reads, "I Do All My Own Stunts", and boy that's the truth. Jumping, climbing, acrobatics, wrestling, terrorizing the cat, sword fighting...the list goes on and on. While he does keep us on our toes, he is such a lovable little guy with a big heart! He loves hugs and kisses (but not wet ones!)
Aaron & Ally -- our American Gladiators! One of our favorite family TV shows this winter has been American Gladiators. Jason and I loved it when it was on TV back in high school, but we had NO idea how much our kids would get into it! Ally told me the other night while watching it that when mommy goes on American Gladiators, she would hold Kaitlyn!
Yesterday at the park, their love of the show came to life! They stood by a picnic table and asked me to yell, "Gladiators, Ready..." In unison they shouted, "Yes!" Then, they pretended to go through the Eliminator Obstacle Course all over the playground equipment...up the rope, across the bridge, down one slide, up another, across the monkey bars, down the firefighters pole. We played this game for at least 30 minutes. Ally followed Aaron everywhere he went. It was SO, SO cute, and a GREAT way for them to burn some extra energy. I think this will probably be a favorite park activity for a while! We highly recommend it!
